REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2-3 years of professional Java / J2EE development experience.
Skill using full range of application development and database tools (solid understanding of Object Oriented design)
Strong foundation in SQL database development.
Front end skills in HTML, CSS, XML, or AJAX
Hibernate and Spring frameworks experience highly desired.
Excellent communication skills required.
