Are you a a self-starter who is detail oriented, versatile and eager to solve any challenges that might arise?

Our client is a growing Technology Consulting firm looking for an All Star Executive Assistant and Office Manager. The position involves working directly with the CEO to help run Internal Operations as well as provide Executive Administrative support and Bookkeeping duties.

Responsibilities Include:
- Office Management and Bookeeping
- Administrative support of CEO (gate keeping duties, schedule admin, liaise with necessary resources so that the CEO can focus on the growth of the firm)
- Sales team administration, including preparing weekly Sales meeting and minutes, CRM (Salesforce.com) maintenance, and associated reporting of Sales metrics
- Internal Operations Management & Reporting- Human Resource / Benefits administration

Requirements:
- Time in the trenches, 4-10 years of professional experience including progressive operations management experience
- Experience supporting Executive position and Sales team
- Bookkeeping knowledge (Quickbooks, Peachtree, or similar)
- College Degree
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce.com and Peachtree experience a plus
- Personable
- Pro-active
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug test
