This Senior Marketing Manager's role requires a solid understanding of product marketing and project management of a mobility data product and services. As a member of the Integrated Marketing team, you will provide on-going mobility product marketing support from launch to EOL including special projects as needed.
This includes:
Strategic marketing, specific product messaging and positioning for channel marketing materials that drive business growth, increase market share and thought leadership in the industry, including COR/consumer (Company Owned Retail) and ABS/Enterprise (AT&T Business Solutions)
Assist and develop effective product marketing materials – datasheets, HTML, sales presentations, Point of Purchase, merchandising collateral, catalogs, and other materials as needed
Develop, review and approve of mobility product packaging and inbox materials.
The location of the person in this role may be “virtual”
Drive and deliver demand generating merchandising, point of sale, packaging and collateral – traditional and electronic formats – with a special emphasis on building strong relationships with Product Offer Managers
Strategic messaging and positioning of AT&T Mobility data products & services both current and emerging product portfolios
Consistently integrate effective and targeted messaging & positioning into marketing materials
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for and from the Mobility Channel Marketing perspective in cross-functional team settings – especially with Marketing, MarCom, Legal, Offers, Equipment promotions, Operations, and outside vendors
On-going marketing support for existing and emerging AT&T mobility products, including datasheets, HTML documents, sales flyers, customer facing presentations, POS/merchandising, etc.
Consistently work with Product Offer teams as the communication link regarding wireless products and offers identifying channel needs for POS, merchandising, collateral, sales promotions and channel specific materials
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tele-Communications, Business or related field preferred
Minimum 4-7 yrs experience in strategic marketing – mobility or high tech products
Work experience should include targeting and marketing current and emerging product technologies
Proven experience in developing new mobility product/services marketing strategies
In-depth knowledge of wireless communication products and services- esp. emerging devices, smartphones, and mobility laptop solutions
Skills in strategic thinking, organizational agility, communications, problem solving, drive for results and cross-group collaboration
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external teams, clients & vendors
Demonstrated success in product marketing and sales materials development (Collateral, Point of Sale, and advertising)
Self-motivated; ability to take ownership for assigned projects; demonstrated strong judgment under pressure; ability to work independently, and with a team
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Marketing communications experience – copy development and critique, graphic design, print production
Keen understanding for timeline/deadline management. Ability to complete projects from concept to finished product – within budget and timelines
Ability to set and manage priorities, in a fast paced environment, with multiple projects running
