The Florida Hospital Experience Network is seeking a Web Project Manager to work with our team of designers, developers, and online marketing strategists. Delivering a quality product and providing excellence in customer service are keys to the success of this position. With more than 30 projects in different stages of the development lifecycle at any one time, this project manager must be highly organized, able to communicate and manage client expectations, and troubleshoot issues as they arise in order to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
The Experience Network team serves as the internal interactive agency for Florida Hospital, and we have won numerous awards for our work. We believe in supporting Open Source, innovation, and really cool stuff in general.

The right candidate will bring these qualities & abilities to the team:
- Proven leadership skills in managing project teams to accomplish goals and objectives
- Well versed in the project lifecycle, which includes all project deliverables
- Experience with project management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a project within a defined budget and scope
- Comfortable in making presentations to senior management and customers
- Comfortable in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- Ability to research and write user stories and strategy documents as needed
Education and Experience Required
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Licensure
- Member of a project management organization such as the Project Management Institute
- Achieved or actively pursuing PMP certification
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver successful projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Conduct project meetings with physicians and hospital leadership
- Assess project risks and forumlate mitigation plans
- Develop and manage the project change control process as needed
- Adhere to quality standards and procedures
- Review quality assurance documentation and check compliance with application project standards
