Dedicatedmedia is seeking for a Graphic Designer to join our rapidly growing company!
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of creativity within the online advertising space, a strong understanding of creating banner ads, mock up designs, logos, UI layouts, online forms, newsletters, one sheets, story boards and power point presentations. Candidate should also have knowledge of HTML coding, proactively stay on top of current implementation technologies such as flash and video and best practice solutions for our marketing initiatives in Lead Gen, CoReg, CPA and Ad Network environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate, produce and manage all design projects.
Communicate clearly with our overseas design/development team, and project manage work flow/resources.
Creative work includes, but is not limited to: standard and expandable banners, email creative, website design, client proposal mockups (screenshots, lead forms, micro-sites, takeovers, etc.,)
Marketing collateral (one-sheets, case studies, etc) and any other design work needed by other teams (mostly sales, search, and media).
Will also need to work effectively with trafficking team and designers in troubleshooting client creative.
Oversee all development projects including QA testing, revisions, delivery dates, and work flow. Prioritize CPA and lead generation offer builds while keeping track of creative updates, launches, and completion dates.
Manage all internal advertising and marketing efforts, relating to event sponsorships, swags, ads for Dedicated (print and interactive), PR, collateral and case studies.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
2 year degree preferred
2 years experience at a graphic design or marketing firm. Must be a self starter, detail oriented, and articulate.
Excellent communication skills between multiple, interrelated departments (ie. management, sales, media, search, trafficking, and occasionally clients).
Proficiency in Photoshop (Illustrator and Dreamweaver a plus), MS Office (esp PowerPoint), Outlook and Visio.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently with little direction if needed Experience dealing with multiple time-sensitive projects at any given time. Basic familiarity with content management systems (prior CMS experience a plus)
