Primary Responsibilities:
– Learn and utilize the company’s cutting edge campaign management tools
– Complete and QA campaign setups and change rounds in rapid succession with minimal errors
– Analyze provided HTML assets and revise code where necessary in order to integrate assets with internal tools
– Work on and prioritize tasks within a daily queue
– Communicate with client-facing Campaign Associates to obtain email campaign requirements
– Learn, demonstrate, and update HTML best practices for rendering content with maximum compatibility in a wide range of popular email clients (Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo!, etc.)
– Write clear and concise documentation to support cross-training efforts across the team
– Other duties as required
– 1-2 years of web programming or Hobbyist/Freelance experience (please have a web portfolio or site examples available) (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to hand code HTML using traditional nested table structure as well as CSS styling techniques. (Required)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently (Required)
- Strict attention to detail and a passion for quality (Required)
- Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (Required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment (Required)
- Understanding of basic Programming Principles (Preferred)
- Familiarity with basic Adobe Photoshop Functionality (editing layered files, slicing and exporting optimized images) (Preferred)
- Experience developing web pages utilizing Coldfusion, PHP, ASP, JSP, or Perl (A Plus)
- Exposure to relational database structure (primary and unique keys, sister table joins) (A Plus)
- Experience developing web pages utilizing SQL (A Plus)
