The ideal candidate for the Java / Flex developer position should have:
-3 years or more Java / J2EE in a *nix environment, Spring 2.0+, Hibernate, JPA
-Actionscript, Flash, Flex, FlexAMF, Adobe AIR
-MySQL, SQL, ORM
-strong knowledge of full life cycle, end-to-end object oriented development
-previous media or entertainment experience, especially with Rich Internet Applications (RIA), is highly valuable
