Job Description:
Dotomi is looking for an experienced Flash Designer who will contribute to the design, coding, and animation of dynamic banner ads. This role will consist of working closely with a graphic design team to produce cutting-edge online advertising using Dotomi’s proprietary, ad-serving technologies. Tasks involve: importing creative from Illustrator/Photoshop files prepped by Designers, developing animation and interactivity in Flash banner ads, optimizing Flash files to meet size/performance standards, integrating the banners with our message-delivery systems.

Our fast-growing company works with many Fortune 500 clients, so candidates must have a good eye for design, be ready to meet tight deadlines, have a strong sense of organization and time-management and have the desire to earn real-world experience developing rich media.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a Flash Designer / Developer

• A solid working-knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CS3—specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and, of course, Flash

• Online portfolio site for us to review your work

• A firm grasp of resolution/dpi, raster, vector, file weight and other related digital imaging concepts.

• A gift for working with code is a must, specifically being able to demonstrate experience in coding with ActionScript 2 (AS3 is a plus)
