ENERGY LIGHT REJUVENATION Facial unique opportunity for Esthetician (Los Alamitos, Near LB, GG, Cerritos, HB )

Energy Light Facial Rejuvenation unique opportunity

I am a Holistic Chiropractor. I use herbs, homeopathy, and electro acupuncture. This procedure is similar to a non-surgical acupuncture face-lift. It makes you look better and is healthy for you as opposed to Botox etc. That is why it fits in well with my practice.

I am looking for 1 or 2 estheticians.

My current esthetician is taking an indefinitely leave of absence. She may be gone for a few months or permanently. So there are her regular clients to start with. This is important because we want to treat them right and we want someone they really like. Jen (the esthetician who is leaving) will be conducting the interview.

Even thought there is a built in clientele I expect the person taking this position to do her own marketing as well. You should be used to making monthly specials, sending out e-mails, signing people up for programs.

You can even do door to door marketing. We offer a free special to people you feel are qualified and may purchase more services. The upside for you is that I do pay you for these. $20. You may also get a tip. These are not to be given out just to friends who are getting a free session. They are for people you feel are qualified to buy more. I understand not everyone will buy more. They are given to local business owners, hair salons etc. People with an income.

If you have an existing clientele all the better, if you live locally and know a lot of people better yet. To be clear, I will help you to start, with some existing clientele, my clientele, and marketing incentives but you are responsible to work the system.

I may hire one or two people.

Our other deal is that I can give my patients free sessions. I pay you $20. Sometimes I give them 4 to 8 depending on the circumstances. Remember, if you sell them a plan then you may get $46. So some are higher and some are lower.

It is a big plus if you all ready have a clientele of your own.

I know the economy is tough right now and estheticians are getting hit hard so all you can do is promote more and be innovative. There are people who will pay for these services. AND THIS SERVICE IN UNIQUE.

I am looking for someone who wants to be here for a long time.

Also, I am looking for someone who wants to work here exclusively. The reason is because if times are slow I expect you to work at getting people in. Run specials, get new people, market etc. If you are working in 2 different places then you end up going to where ever they are giving you more people. I am looking for someone who is committed to working here and building things up here.

Before and after:

This is the video about the procedure (same as above)

My website is

The ELR page is

Esthetician, Cosmetologist, Nurse, Acupuncturist, DC

  • 50 50% split on collections
  • Our target price is $75 to $110.
  • % Of facial products sold.

Clients do not go with you if you leave (unless they started with you before you were here, or if they are family or friends.)

Also, I can give ELR treatments to my clients and I pay $20. This promotes for you to then get them to do more, and they get a free treatment and you still get paid.

You have the option of making monthly specials, newsletters etc.

I am looking for someone who really loves the idea of THIS THERAPY. Energy Light Rejuvenation. That is really important. I have been getting people who tell me of lasers and peels etc, that they want to do. In the future that will be OK. But I need someone who thinks that this is AMAZING and wants to do this primarily.

IN THE FUTURE I will entertain other modalities.

How I will help you get clients:

  • You can use my client list
  • I give free ELR with new exam (I pay you $20 for these)
  • I give several free facials when they buy a program from me. (I pay you $20 each for these)
  • I give patients free facials (I pay you $20)
  • I will pay for booths at health fairs etc. but you must work them (I usually work them too)
  • My web site

You are expected to get new clients as well. If you are not full you should be canvassing or calling people.

  • Make contacts
  • Go to women’s gyms, do give aways etc.
  • Parties
  • Hair salons
  • I plan on adding more services as well.
  • I am looking for someone who loves holistic medicine because I expect you to also actively refer these clients to me as well. You don’t have to have any experience in it; I just want someone who likes the concept of herbs, chiropractic, acupuncture etc.
  • It is a nice, relaxed, fun place to work. It is not a spa atmosphere.

If you are interested please write me a letter telling me how you would fit in.

  • How you would promote (This is most important)
  • What you think of the procedure
  • Anything else you would like me to know about you.

Send resume as well, but the letter is the most important thing.

This is a very nice place to work, we all get along very well and there is a nice atmosphere. I have never worked in a spa but I hear stories that it may be tense. I am trying to be thorough and direct in this ad, not mean or demanding. I am just trying to give you a good idea of what I am looking for and what I have experienced all ready. This system really works for us. I wish Jen were not moving. Considering that she is doing the interviewing says that our relationship is a good one and I would like to find a similar relationship in our new hire.

Please remember the letter is part of the interview. I am looking to see who uses things like spell check. This shows me responsibility and follow through. I am also looking to see who answers the questions directly. I am looking to see who read the ad versus people who send their resume to every ad in Craig’s list.

Good luck in your job search and career

Please write back. We are hiring soon.
