POSITION SUMMARY
The Enterprise Automation team architects, implements, and supports the systems that allow the company to efficiently and cost-effectively discover, build, deploy, monitor, audit, measure, change and report on our sites and services in a reliable and repeatable fashion.
Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Automation, you will migrate, review, edit and document content and functionality from an existing HP knowledge management system and some supporting systems to a new CA enterprise knowledge management system and supporting systems.
Responsibilities include:
• Migrate, review, edit and document content for preventative maintenance, production support, monitoring, measurement and deployment of various enterprise solutions, service management processes and supporting systems (e.g.: enterprise calendaring application, SharePoint, wiki pages).
• Some light project management tasks, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training.
• Prior experience with enterprise Incident, Problem and Request management systems highly desirable.
• Prior experience with enterprise Knowledge Management is highly desirable.

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED

The ideal candidate will have:
• Superb written and verbal communications skills.
• Proven ability to understand and edit technical documentation and diagrams, including operational documentation, trouble shooting, support and preventative maintenance processes and procedures.
• Proven ability to work within formal processes that assure quality results.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment inside a dynamic, fast paced business.
• Proven ability to share responsibility well and be flexible in task assignments.
