There are roughly 50 people in the company with 12-15 in engineering. We are creating enterprise applications that hundreds of F1000 customers use to increase efficiency and increase profitability.
Skills and Experience:
At least a B.S. in Computer Science.
Strong Java knowledge and experience.
Experience developing applications end-to-end. Able to answer technical questions on the UI, server-side, and databases.
Some experience with the following: Spring, Hibernate, Java 5 / 6, ajax, Rest / Soap, GWT, etc.
Any Groovy/Grails is nice to have, but is not required
Important – must be a technology enthusiast. We all love learning and are very involved in the local Java/tech community.
Experience level isn’t as important if you meet the above requirements. We could hire a mid-level engineer or a senior / principal engineer.
This is a FULL-TIME role. No Contractors, 3rd Parties, Consulting Firms, Outsourcing Firms, etc.
