Position Oracle/MySQL DBA/Developer

We have an opportunity for Oracle/MySQL DBA/Developer. You are comfortable administrating and developing Oracle and MySQL databases. You will gain invaluable experience in this fast track role working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor databases in 24×7 production environment to maintain a SLA of 100% availability.
Maintain Standby databases and perform Graceful Switchover to Standby DB for scheduled maintenance operations.
Work with application developers in testing / QA New Application Releases.
Space management and defragmentation of database
Dataguard configuration for HA.
Conduct sizing/capacity planning for the oracle databases and applications.
Monitor the performance and health of databases
Analyze the SQLs for performance before they go live.
Automate database and application processes tasks using Shell Scripts.
Refresh Dev and QA from production environment.
Configure monitoring, maintenance & data archiving scripts
Upgrade/Patch to new Oracle releases
Backups – Standby databases, Hot Backups, Exports
Requirements:
3+ Years of Oracle DBA experience, 1+ MySQL DBA experience.
Oracle Certified DBA
Large 24×7 Production Oracle Database Administration (500 GB+) experience.
Expertise in high availability configuration using standby database.
Graceful Database Switchover to standby Experience.
Dataguard configuration and failover experience.
Expertise in database tuning and query optimization.
Proficiency in Unix/linux Shell scripting automation, sed/awk.
Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
DBA tools – SQL*Loader, Export/Import, Oracle StatsPack, Tkprof
Experience with reporting tool
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to operate in a fun, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
