Part Time Direct Support Professional (Lynn & Lowell Area)

Bridgewell is a private, non-profit organization that has been providing support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities for over 50 years. Our mission is to help individuals achieve and enjoy their highest quality of life and personal growth. We provide quality services to more than 3,000 individuals each day in 18 communities throughout the North Shore and Merrimack Valley areas.

We are seeking exceptional Direct Support Professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve. We have part time openings in the North Shore and Greater Lynn area and in the Greater Lowell and Merrimack Valley area.

Summary of Position:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assist individuals with all activities of daily living, including assistance with medical and clinical needs; transport individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational and other activities outside the program; and maintain daily and monthly progress notes according to DDS and all regulatory standards. You must have all core certifications: MAP, CPR/FA, and CPI.

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.

Must have a driver’s license for at least one year with a good driving record history.
