OpsTechnology is the Industry’s leading On Demand eProcurement and Invoice Management Solution to the Real Estate Operations Industry. Our applications are used by the leading MRO Suppliers and Public / Private Property Management firms in the Industry. As a member of our product development team, you will be working with highly motivated engineers to develop our online real estate procurement marketplace used by the top real estate investment trusts in the country. Your primary task will be to develop and enhance a high performance on-demand procurement engine.

Responsibilities

Object Orientated software design and development
Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of e-commerce browser based applications
Participate in design reviews and mentor junior developers
Perform code reviews
Provide development support for operations
Release management working in conjunction with build engineers
Additional projects as requested and assigned

Requirements

Bachelors in Computer Science or related; equivalent experience of 5 years experience may be considered
5+ years hands on software development experience
2 +years experience working with databases (Oracle, MsSql, MySQL)
Experience working with large sets of data
Experience modeling data schemas
Experience with Web 2.0 user interface design
Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills; excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience with the following technologies Java, Php, C++, C#, .NET, MVC Frameworks, Javascript Frameworks (JQUERY), CSS
Must be well organized and detailed oriented
Flexibility to work overtime to meet departmental goals
Must be able to succeed in a dynamic team environment
Experience with financial or accounting software a plus
