We are a small high profile law firm in the North Shore.
Marketing Director: To manage daily operators for the marketing department and perform tasks including but not limited to:
1. Manage, update and assist in maintaining all content for the law firm, including the firms websites, blogs and collateral material.
2. Write, edits and coordinates posting of incoming content for the following areas:
Blogs for law firm websites
Web page content for the firms websites
Consumer reports and white pages
Other writing assignments as needed and required
3. Proof all content for grammer & SEO
4. Write, edit and coordinate posting of content for various online marketing outlets
5. Research various legal topics and update content schedule as appropriate for all Web sites
6. Coordinate obtaining client testimonials and case results to update Web site
7. Develop content for firm newsletters, press releases and other content
8. Present monthly reporting for all companys web sites that analyzes and offers strategic solutions for all SEO and SEM efforts, including, but not limited to:
Keyword research, internal ranking
KPI Tracking
PPC and form conversion rates
Incoming lead volume
Google Analytics
Competitor efforts
9. Manage SEO efforts and maintain a coordinated, prioritized calendar of activities and messages that support objectives
10. Assist in building marketing reports including analytics
11. Coordinate project management, including documenting status updates, projecting timelines and coordinating overall efforts of the marketing department.
Required Experience:
Education: BA/BS degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing or Business.
Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal, written and editing skills. Strong presentation capabilities.
Business knowledge: Analytical skills necessary to understand business strategies, drivers and needs. Demonstrate ability to actively listen, use logic to identify strengths, weaknesses and solutions.
Computer & Web: Strong web research/analysis capabilities. Familiar with web page development, social media, blogging, and Google products. Experience in graphic design and Photoshop is preferred, but not required. Experience with Microsoft Office products is required.
Personal: Must possess strong organizational and communication skills as well as have the ability to coordinate and manage projects with several contacts under deadlines. Also must have the ability to stay on task and manage responsibilities under minimal to moderate supervision.
Experience with HTML, Adobe Photo Shop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Contribute, Flash, Javascript are preferred.
