Brunello Creative–an award-winning Boston web design, development and marketing agency–is looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join our team.

In this full-time, on-site position, the Front-end Developer will collaborate closely with the design and implementation teams, while working from requirements, wireframes, and layered PSDs to produce coded templates for use in the development of websites and online applications. In addition to markup and styling, the Front-End Developer will be responsible for writing javascript, AJAX and PHP functions that bring the pages to life and enhance user interactions. You must be self motivated to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced development environment.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MySQL

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented programming

• Keep your skill set up-to-date and work in all the latest cutting edge development techniques

• Optimize code for usability, file size, traffic requirements and more

• Perform QA testing across browsers

• Ability to quickly identify the cause of cross-browser display issues and apply appropriate updates to code

General requirements:

• The ability to work without direct supervision, to make use of internal project management tools, to diligently record your hours in the timekeeping system, and to keep others aware of your schedule for planning purposes

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. There is always a better way to do things, and you must be influential in helping our team become more productive.

Nice-to-haves include the following:

• Experience using svn for code checkouts, version control, and deployment techniques

• Experience troubleshooting issues that occur at the server level, related to configuration, etc.

• Knowledge of SSO using jasig CAS

• Experience working with Akamai and other CDNs

• Experience with scalability issues and high performance web sites

• Experience with Drupal, Magento

• Experience working with Content Management Systems, E-Commerce frameworks, enterprise-level software packages and integrating between them

We are currently looking for a seasoned, technically-savvy Program Manager to be located in Detroit, MI. Manage large web development (client) projects from kick-off through completion. Coordinate internal project management, strategy, creative, and engineering resources, and serve as primary point of contact for client. Responsible for: Project Scope Definition, Resource and Budget Management, Deliverable Management, and Risk Management. Assume responsibility for overall P&L and success of the project. This position will require previous experience managing projects that have used the following technologies: Content Management Systems, Content Delivery Networks (Akamai), Omniture and SEO / SEM.
From an account perspective, the responsibilities include developing a strong working knowledge of the client’s business and industry in order to provide valuable insight to help the client exceed their business objectives. This person will need to manage the growth, revenue and profitability of the account relationship.

Ideal candidates will have the following:
6+ years experience running high-profile web/interactive projects from concept through completion at an agency or in a consultant type role. 6+ years experience managing client relationships in consulting, advertising, information technology or other related fields
Strong project management skills to include budgeting, scheduling, performing client presentations, and team management. Excellent client service skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills. Technology and/or Marketing services background preferred. Four-year degree expected.
Proven track record of building and managing $2MM+ client relationship on an annual basis is preferred. Strong understanding of the web site development and online Marketing space (3+ years) Cross disciplinary training (business strategy, project management, product management, account management) preferred.
Experience selling high-value e-business solutions to senior decision-makers 4-year degree in business, marketing, information technology or other related field, MBA preferred Background in the Automotive industry (familiarity with vehicle model specifications) Some knowledge of the following tools/software is ideal:

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, highly productive software engineer to help develop intuitive interfaces to provide customers access to our large portfolio of Internet content and application acceleration services. An ideal candidate will have strong database and enterprise web application programming experience, demonstrated problem solving abilities, good teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to design powerful yet customer-friendly user interfaces.

Engineers on the Portal team execute full lifecycle development of a multi-tier web application: requirements analysis, application design, implementation, deployment. About the Job
We are seeking an experienced localization engineer to support the development and testing of EdgeControl in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or German. This position provides the opportunity to work with a great technical team on a complex, enterprise-class application for Akamai’s customers.

Responsibilities
* Quality assurance of translations within EdgeControl.
* Testing of EdgeControl functionality in a native language.
* Testing of general EdgeControl functionality across all languages as required.

Basic Qualifications

The design team plays a pivotal role in TrialPay’s success by providing more than 7,500 premier partners with customized designs that incorporate best practices in converting traffic through our unique payment and promotions platform. The Web designer will create compelling banners, e-mails, landing pages, in-product messaging and more for our Rolodex of name-brand partners, including McAfee, Skype, Papa John’s, Netflix, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM and many more. Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create high-quality online designs, such as banners, e-mails and landing pages Work directly with the sales team to design compelling, customized graphics that will exceed our partners’ expectations Adhere to corporate identity standards while continuing to enhance our design aesthetic by turning out fresh, cutting-edge graphics Turn mock ups into HTML and incorporate CSS as necessary Incorporate best practices into design aesthetics to optimize conversion rates Design marketing communications materials (1-pagers, sell sheets, brochures) Organize and maintain a centralized repository of design assets and partner mock ups to ensure that all graphics are readily accessible, categorized and searchable

About the Opportunity:

The UI Designer (UID) is a part-time role working directly with the product manager and sales manager of one of our online consumer products. The UID will be responsible for wireframing improvements to flows and then transforming them into a beautifully skinned, simple, intuitive user interface. If desired, there are other potential projects available ranging from designs of websites, banner ads and emails for our Rolodex of name-brand partners, including McAfee, Skype, Papa John’s, Netflix, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM and many more. The ideal candidate will have a clean design aesthetic and be capable of adhering to corporate identity while continuing to create innovative designs.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and construct wire-frames
• Build interactive prototypes (as needed)
• Design clean, intuitive skins for our online product and convert designs into production ready assets
• Work directly with product, design and sales teams to advance product design and functionality
• Incorporate best practices into design aesthetics to optimize conversion rates
• Occasionally create high-quality online designs, such as banners, e-mails and landing pages

Requirements:
