Top-Notch Front-end Software Engineer (JS, PHP, Mysql, Flash(bonus), iPhone(bonus)) 
Current TV is building a new generation of software that integrates web, mobile and on-TV experiences. We are looking for engineers who can join a small, tight-knit team building great software that integrates Current.com with new shows being developed for Current TV.
About The Position:
Build great real-time, user-facing web, mobile and TV experiences using the latest technologies.
Full-time, or contract to full-time; based in San Francisco.
Requirements:
BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent)
Great software development skills
Interested in designing and building new web-mobile-TV products
Interested in building great products
Web development experience on large web sites
Understand web scaling issues
Skills:
PHP, Ruby, Java or other standard web language (we figure anyone with great coding skills should be able to pick up a new language if they need to)
Worked with one or more frameworks (Symfony, Rails, etc.)
Extensive experience with AJAX, Javascript and frameworks such as jQuery or prototype
Social media APIs, e.g. Facebook Connect, Twitter, etc.
CSS
Know your way around Mysql
Bonus Skills:
Flash/ActionScript
HTML5
Familiar with creating and controlling on-TV graphics
iPhone/Android development
Developed your own website(s)
