- Understanding of Object-oriented analysis, design and programming.
- Experience with both Server Side web frameworks and UI frameworks such as XUL, Dojo, YUI.
- Strong interest in quality user interface design and superior user experience without compromising performance.
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux environment, Databases (Oracle/ MySQL) and Object-relational mapping tools.
