Position Summary

Within the ever evolving world of digital media, maintaining and strong working implementations the various technologies, practices, and mechanics of ad server integration will be key to maintaining competitive edge. The Manager will work with the myriad of publishers using real-time bidding, pixel, keyword, and other systems that allow for the one-to-one selection of media placements to be filled by Dotomi’s personalized messaging platform.

Essential Job Functions/Activities
The Manager serves as project manager in the establishment, integration, and optimization of new media integrations: included are technical implementations, metrics creation, and the development of reporting requirements. Driving the unique integration across publishers from RTB, to pixel, to keyword and the development of new integration methods will be the key to Manager’s success.

• Drive the integration of new and existing publishers into the Dotomi system

• Work with Technology to design, develop, and implement technical solutions.

• Oversee all aspects of publisher implementation.
• Create and update integration documentation

• Provide technical support and know how to media team.

• Implement changes to existing client’s campaigns, integration and monitoring tools.

• Provide primary QA support for publisher integrations

• Explain and help assess new technical implementations internally and externally with partners.

Job Description:
Dotomi is looking for an experienced Flash Designer who will contribute to the design, coding, and animation of dynamic banner ads. This role will consist of working closely with a graphic design team to produce cutting-edge online advertising using Dotomi’s proprietary, ad-serving technologies. Tasks involve: importing creative from Illustrator/Photoshop files prepped by Designers, developing animation and interactivity in Flash banner ads, optimizing Flash files to meet size/performance standards, integrating the banners with our message-delivery systems.

Our fast-growing company works with many Fortune 500 clients, so candidates must have a good eye for design, be ready to meet tight deadlines, have a strong sense of organization and time-management and have the desire to earn real-world experience developing rich media.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a Flash Designer / Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to support the needs of the Software Development team at Dotomi.

A strong candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
• At least 7years of experience in developing client-server applications using Java
• At least a bachelors degree in Computer Science or any other related field
• Excellent understanding of Object Oriented methodology and design
• Excellent understanding of multithreaded applications
• Experience in XML
• Experience with SQL and databases
• Experience with different data structures and their performance
• Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP)
• Strong understanding of client-server programming
• Ability to learn and investigate new areas independently
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
• Needs to be a self starter that can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get the work done
We need an individual contributor
• Online experience (e.g. worked in web enabled environments) – ideally around media
• Well organized with excellent attention to detail
