Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall execution of the marketing initiatives of the organization, for leading the marketing team in its day-to-day operations, and for being the representative of the function within the company. Profile, Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

o A player and a coach who is expected to roll-up sleeves and take on tactics, yet stays focused on the end game and provides leadership to the direct and indirect teams regarding marketing initiatives that help materialize the company Goal.
o Plan, execute and manage all demand generation, marketing communications, customer loyalty, new client acquisition, brand-building campaigns, and other marketing initiatives in support of Goal. Requires highly integrated working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
o Employ a wide range of marketing-related experience and concepts, ranging from strategic marketing and analytics, to marketing communications, brand management and tactical execution.
o Manage and/or conduct market assessments related to clients, competition, technology partners, new product/feature release opportunities, and other external factors that influence the business. Analyze/report findings and recommendations to executive team.

o Plan, develop, execute and manage annual marketing budget and promotional plan for the organization in support of Goal.
o Deep sense of accountability and responsibility: will be empowered to act, and will be expected to do so.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o BA/BS in marketing, advertising, communications or equivalent field.

o Product and technology savvy, yet market- and sales-oriented.

o Experience in both strategic and tactical marketing. Proven track record in developing successful demand-generation and promotional ideas from initial concept through execution.

o Ability to translate product benefits and value to crisp segment-specific messages.

o Knowledge of graphic design layout, copywriting and business writing. Superior communication and copywriting skills ? proven versatile writing background.

o Working knowledge of website development, maintenance, basic HTML tags and code structure practices.
o Ability to think creatively under constrained timing deadlines.
o Energetic, hard-working and driven by the desire to succeed.
o Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.

Success Qualifications:

o A minimum of seven years experience in marketing communications, advertising, branding and/or related role.

o Proven ability to leverage metrics and analytics as a means to reach meaningful management decisions.

The role of the IT Project Manager is to define, plan, and execute projects according to set deadlines and specified budget, scope, and technical standards. Position Description
The Information Technology Group of Fund Management LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Developer/Analyst who will participate in the ongoing implementation of Trade Execution and Order Management Systems at the Hedge Fund. The software environment consists of a combination of custom-built systems and a variety of vendor applications. The position will require some interaction with Traders, Portfolio Managers, and Trade Support personnel. The candidate should be familiar with a broad range of financial instruments, especially equities and other exchange-traded products and exchange-traded derivatives, pricing, market data sources, electronic execution venues, and trading operations. A successful candidate will have proven experience in building sophisticated systems using programming and scripting languages in MS Windows environments, and in integrating similar third-party/vendor systems into the existing infrastructure. This position reports to the Manager of Execution Technologies in the Information Technology Group.

Responsibilities
• Understanding the needs of traders, portfolio managers, and other financial professionals, and translating those requirements into efficient technology solutions.
• Taking the lead role on multiple simultaneous projects; must be capable of handling all aspects of a project including requirements gathering, design, development, implementation and testing, and must be familiar with project life cycle management techniques.

Requirements
• 5-8 years experience developing trading/financial applications at a first tier hedge fund (strongly preferred), asset manager or investment bank.
• Broad and deep knowledge of:
- Order and Execution Management Systems (either vendor or custom built; Charles River and InfoReach especially valuable; RediPlus, Passport, Liquidnet, eSpeed, TradeWeb, Bloomberg and Murex all a plus)
