We need your passion for design to craft an amazing user experience by applying your knowledge of design and UI to build frontend features up from the initial mockup stages, to Photoshop and the web. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for day-to-day video production assistance. This department is responsible for the production of marketing collateral and other print materials and video production and web-development for Teachscape¡¦s public website and multi-media based content. You will focus on editing assistant type work for video production, handling video requests from flash conversion project, and providing administrative support for maintenance of production database.

This includes:

• Gather and integrate data onto Filemaker database

• Collect master videos, final cut pro projects, and associated assets onto main transcoding hard drive, and re-edit where needed

• Track video file name changes and detail repurposed video trail

• Transcode quicktime movies to h.264

• Video Production: Digitize tapes from field production for video editing

• General production assistance to support on-time delivery of all projects in the department.

• Web Development: Complete QA testing for courses scheduled for release

Requirements:

• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills

• Must have working knowledge of Final Cut Pro and Compressor

• Basic familiarity with a variety of graphic design, video and/or web development software and willingness to learn new software applications:

• Familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop a plus
