As MShift experiences explosive growth, we seek development engineers that have shown that their skills are at the A+ level to join our Mobile Banking team to develop and deploy the next generation mobile banking solutions for the Apple Platform, as well as other Mobile development opportunities. As a development engineer at MShift you will be responsible for a spectrum of assignments including working on new products, system and product enhancements, as well as systems architecture, and bug fixes. Key Responsibilities for MShift Mobile Platform developers (iPhone/iPod Touch).
* Develop and enhance Mobile Banking applications designed for the Apple iPhone/iPod Touch, and delivered via Apples App Store platform.
* Design, implement, and enhance MShifts iPhone UI for various MShift clients.
* Extend MShift current mobile banking features and functionality seamlessly to the Apple SDK platform interface
* Work collaboratively with MShift Support, Marketing, and Sales personnel in coordinating project requirements, identifying and diagnosing issues in the best interest of MShifts clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* #1: You can easily demonstrate your capabilities and competence on the Apple SDK development platform by presenting to MShift applications you have previously developed and deployed for the App Store. These do NOT need to be mobile banking applications; but your Apps should consistently receive 4-5 star reviews.
* 3+ years experience in Software engineering
* Demonstrated working knowledge and familiarity of emerging mobile architectures including iPhone, SOA, or CBD
* Knowledge of Objective C and familiarity with Xcode
* Understanding of XML-formatted data
* Deep working knowledge of Internet over mobile devices and a thin client Internet access interface
* Ability and openness to learn new tools
* You are highly motivated and have the capacity to deliver top tier results working independently
* You are passionate about delivering high quality work results; good enough is not good enough for you.
* You have Excellent communication and excellent problem solving skills
*You want to be part of a team that is leading the industry.
OPTIONAL SKILLS
* Experience in banking industry
* Knowledge of banking security requirements
* Knowledge of WML, HTML, Java, and security on mobile phones
