Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field required/ MBA preferred.
Minimum 3 years in research, marketing or related field, preferable experience in product launch and business development.
Strong marketing and business acumen, results orientation, excellent communications skills, analytical and decision making ability, ability to multi-task, and the ability to coordinate the efforts of internal and external resource groups so as to accomplish the program goals and objectives.
Experience in concept development of marketing campaigns targeting at increasing market share, sales, branding, awareness.
Experience in budgeting, project evaluation, development of projects working budgets, timelines, execution plans, post analysis reports and research.
Experience in Web Marketing and SEM. Competent with HTML and CMA.
Knowledge of research methodologies and analytics tools such as SPSS or SAS.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin. Cantonese in a plus.
Experience in both US and China market development preferred.
Travel, is light to medium.
Must be available to work weekends.

The firm is seeking for a passionate and experienced Market Research Analyst to help growing the business by gaining insights of the target markets and improving competitive advantages. The person at this role will full-fill the following responsibilities:
Research and Analysis
Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research on the Chinese market, including surveys, field research, focus groups and competitive intelligence;
Recommend new revenue-generating tactics and programs based on research;
Develop targeting service offers for the Chinese market;
Conduct economic and financial analysis to evaluate the economic potential of travel programs and to support pricing for travel services and programs;
Develop market forecasting and provide due diligence support for operation;
Travel to China market to conduct field research
Marketing and Business Development
Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotional campaigns to promote the brand and services to the Chinese market;
Manage existing online marketing channels such as online catalogs while developing new programs to meet overall business objectives; Apply HTML and CMA knowledge to maintain and update content;
Implement traffic -driving strategies including SEO, paid search, online ads and more;
Identify and develop local business partners to operate travel programs; negotiate partnership agreements and manage business relationship in China;
Identify enterprise/B2B service business opportunities, develop strategic and tactical plans to capture the business, build relationships with targeted customers and close these opportunities with pre-legal written agreements. In executing these assignments, responsibilities will also include proposal preparation, customer presentations, assistance with business plan etc.
Coordinate operations between the companys headquarters and its New York office.
