AspNet Web Site Redesign (Bellevue)

I need a master graphics designer who can hand code HTML/CSS/JavaScript and also knows their way around Asp.Net/C#/Visual Studio 2008. I have a web application with complex html/css/javascript already implemented but it looks really lame and 90s. I need someone to update the look to make it more modern and awesome. It should only take the right person a few days. Just need a general template/style for the site and a few content modules. This could lead to MANY MORE additional projects if it goes well.

Please answer the following questions in your reply if you’d like to be considered for the job:

Can you meet with me in Bellevue, WA?
Can you hand-code complex HTML/CSS/JavaScript?
Can you get an Asp.Net/C# solution up and running in visual studio and work within Visual Studio?
Are you familiar with the Ajax.Net Control Toolkit?
Are you an excellent graphics designer?
Have you performed UI/UX coding on any of the top sites on the internet? (http://www.alexa.com/topsites)

Please reply with your answers and also links to sites you designed/developed, your portfolio and resume.

Thanks,
