o Working knowledge of HTML, XML and SQL

Job responsibilities for Patient Service Technician Specialists (Phlebotomists) include:

  • Completes test request forms completely and accurately and verifies client/patient test orders and client/patient billing information by telephone when necessary;
  • Collects blood specimens from patients of all age groups and physical conditions by venipuncture;
  • Performs specialized collections and testing procedures (e.g. paternity collections, breath/saliva alcohol testing, Test cup, hair analysis and others as required);

  • Completes and maintains appropriate inventory levels to ensure that specimens can be collected as required, all clerical duties can be performed, and the collection site can be kept clean;
  • Cleans to ensure collection/processing area surfaces are disinfected and bathroom and patient waiting areas (at LabCorp facilities only) are disinfected and free of dirt and stray trash;
  • Provides orientation and training for staff to ensure comprehension of company policies and procedures;
  • Performs a variety of clerical duties (e.g. faxing, filing, photocopying, answering phones, etc.) completely, accurately and within established timeframes.

Position Available: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Rotating weekends and overtime (determined on a day-by-day, patient need basis) may be required.

What you will do:

Test SunRun’s web-based, multi-tier software applications.

Implement and maintain multiple test platforms.

Work closely with the Development team to isolate and resolve bugs and issues.

Build load testing and web site security test suites.

Perform test execution, including functional (front-end and back-end), regression and integration tests.

Write manual test cases and create test plans.

Work closely with the Development team to propose QA automation hooks in the SunRun application suite.

Report issues and create status reports.

Extend and maintain testing tools and build/release infrastructure.

Qualifications:

5+ years of QA experience.

Experience in testing web-based, multi-tier software systems.

Job Description

Idelji Corporation is looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Software Engineer to be responsible for analyzing functional specifications and technical documents in order to define, write and execute test cases, test scripts and test plans. The work is very specialized and critical to ensure the highest possible quality is achieved for product delivery. The position is more than just performing traditional QA functions. This position will require a high degree of technical aptitude in building, executing and documenting manual tests from requirements documentation with the opportunity to leverage test automation tools where appropriate. In addition, this position includes the configuration management of the QA and Production environments in the areas of hardware, operating system configuration and maintenance, database administration, and other operational duties. The position requires an experienced person who can make immediate contributions and operate independently to fully test commercial applications in a timely fashion. Requires expertise in MSWord, Excel and Visio experience, be very PC savvy and have a very good understanding of MS Windows based software development tools and environments. Experience testing client server and/or Web based applications is required. Candidate must have the ability to write test cases/plans and carry out the execution of those plans. Training or experience using MSWord advanced editing and formatting features is required. Experience or training in developing application software using Microsoft technologies is highly desirable. Experience maintaining content on Web sites using HTML is highly desirable. Experience with other presentation and Web based tools (e.g. Flash) is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Testing and Validation of application software

- Development and maintenance of test plans

- Bug tracking and reporting

- Software configuration management (QA and Production)

- Analyze product and technical documentation

- Stay current with requirement changes during development phases

- Document and implement industry best practices in quality assurance policies

- Develop and implement backup procedures for the production environment

- Develop and implement desktop maintenance procedures (anti-virus, OS patches, software licensing, etc.)

- Develop and implement versioning schemes, configuration management and source control for all software products

Qualifications

- 4yr degree in MIS/CS and one (1) year experience in software quality assurance, application development or database administration

- Proficient working knowledge of client/server, web technologies, and server maintenance and support

- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies

- Proficient working knowledge of QA methodologies

- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be a team player

- Understanding of automated testing tools and technologies is highly desirable

- US Citizenship is required

Responsibilities:

• Define, develop and implement test plans and detailed testcases for Product Feature Set

• Collaborate with developers, product managers and customer care to understand objectives of the features and propose testing approaches

• Track the testing progress and feature coverage by using implemented QA Processes

• Record the defects in the bug-tracking system effectively

• Closely monitor the defects reported from the customer scenarios and implement the new characteristics into existing test cases

• Define and automate regression test suites for the owned feature set

• Manage time effectively to deliver on multiple releases

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in testing enterprise software with large scales of data

• Experience in developing test harnesses and automating test suites for validating QA builds

• Knowledge of scripting tools such as Perl and UI test automation tools such as Selenium, HP/Mercury tools LoadRunner, QTP

• Experience with Java & Ant is a plus

• Ability to handle multi-tasking and working on different projects

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
