The Mind Gym transforms performance by changing the way people think.
40% of FTSE 100 has embraced The Mind Gym. Currently, Nike are using The Mind Gym to drive value from a global restructure, Accenture to boost engagement, Unilever to drive through performance management, Orange to equip their managers and Royal Mail to accelerate sales.
The Mind Gym has an international delivery capability, one of the most recognised brands in learning & development, a series of bestselling books, market leadership in bite-size learning, 500,000 alumni and an increasingly strong track record for delivering business results. Sir Stuart Rose and Justin King are amongst the many business leaders who endorse The Mind Gym.
The market for learning and development in UK is c.£18bn (half of which is for human skills). This doesn’t include change management, conferences and many other areas of “grey” spend. The global head of one of the most well renowned management consultancies describes the routes out of the three recessions he has lived through as 1980’s: strategy; 1990’s: IT; this one: people.
