WeddingWire seeks a full-time Web Developer who will play a key role within the WeddingWire marketing team. He or she will be responsible for leading all development aspects for the marketing team, including development of websites, blogs, and more. In addition, the Web Developer will be in charge of developing and executing all of WeddingWires email marketing campaigns. This position is within a fast-paced startup environment for a new Internet company focused on developing technology-solutions for the wedding industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Web Developers key responsibilities will include:
Development of new websites, blogs and additional online properties within the WeddingWire network
Managing and updating existing WeddingWire network properties, including blogs, landing pages and micro-sites
Development and optimization of online marketing campaigns
Email marketing development and execution
Implementation of search engine optimization best practices
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
A bachelors degree with a strong academic record
Advanced knowledge of XHTML and CSS
Proficiency with JavaScript
Proficiency with PHP
Superior knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques, a strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design,
Experience developing/managing blogs built on WordPress platform
Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
Strong email marketing experience
Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization
Results oriented drive and solid work ethics
