Web/User Experience Developer

Origo Software is currently seeking a Web/User Experience Developer to join our growing development
team. We are looking for the right individuals to complement and help sustain our rapid growth.
The candidate must be a bright, driven self-starter.
Primary responsibilities:
Design document and develop complex user interfaces for system features and system wide aspects, test plans,
and modules in line with stated functional requirements, system designs and architecture.
The candidate must have an acute understanding of web methods and processes, user experience analysis and design, story boarding as well as demonstrated expertise in object and aspect oriented principles and techniques.
Work well with a team of engineers in driving development focus towards meeting product
goals and release schedules.
Effectively estimate time and effort required to meet deadlines and make recommendations
for managing resources to maximize team progress.
Demonstrate working knowledge and expertise in the following:
Building web based java enterprise applications using the following technologies.
J2EE, AJAX, Apache/Tomcat, JBoss, Javascript, XML based technologies, JDBC, building web based front end and GUI components using JSP, PHP, Struts, JSF, DOM, D/HTML, XML, ASP and other congruent technologies.
Experience Required:
At least 5 years of experience in web based software development and engineering.
Must exude confidence and integrity.
Must possess excellent verbal, written, persuasive and presentation skills.
Must be a self-starter, innovative, enterprising and a quick thinker.
