WordPress PSD Slicing & Thesis Customization (Anywhere)

Hi there,

I need a top-notch coder to slice my PSDs and modify
Thesis to match PIXEL PERFECT and it must be done the RIGHT way (using
theme functions, hooks, etc.). I already have the latest version of WP
up and running, and Thesis has already been installed and configured
with all the appropriate pages, hierarchies, nav-menus, sidebars,
sub-menus, plugins, contact forms, etc. in place.You will be provided
with FTP & WP access. Please provide links to examples of your
Thesis customizations, your availability, and most importantly, a
fixed-quote for the project (we are unable to accept “hourly-rate” applications because we need to work a fixed amt. into our budget).

Partnership Details (if you’re not interested in a partnership, you are
still encouraged to apply!): I’m about to explode with similar thesis
customizations for dentist websites and general website clients (very
similar to this project) and would love to find a serious partner to
work with on an ongoing basis. I need someone who is available for part
of each day, knows WordPress & Thesis inside-out, and is
comfortable with the responsibility of making sure everything works and
that the client is happy. You will work directly with me, the project
manager. Tight deadlines and super honest communication are a must. You
will be responsible for doing the final quality assurance and
compatibility checks to make sure each site looks perfect across all
browsers/platforms. You must be very serious about quality and willing
to spend the extra time (as painstaking as it is!) testing each site

Project starts (PSDs & login details sent)
You work on Theme (4 days)
Send site for First Review
You work on revisions (1 day)
Send site for Second Review
You work on revisions (1 day)
Send final site
Ongoing support as neccessary

Code Quality

Layouts should allow for resizeable fonts without breaking layout.
Coding should be Tableless, CSS, W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional
Slicing should be of the absolute highest quality. standards compliant.
Site
must be compatible with IE6+, Firefox, Opera and Safari (you will be
required to log into our account at http://crossbrowsertesting.com/ to
run your code in each browser and make the neccessary adjustments so
the site matches the PSDs in every browser)
Images must be optimized for fast download speed (including PNG images)
I
require the design & layout to be pixel-perfect. Pay very close
attention to detail and make sure you match the PSD mockups precisely.

Notes

Just the main content columns and sidebars need to be editable in wordpress for all pages (other stuff can be hard-coded)
Sidebar widgets will be configured using Sidebar1 for the right column, and Sidebar2 for the left

Plugins (you’ll have to use CSS to ensure the plugins match my PSD mockups pixel perfect)

Gravity Forms (simple contact forms in the main content column)
Gravity Forms Widget (simple quick-contact forms in the sidebar)
Simple Sidebar Navigation (to set up the sidebar nav on the Services sub-pages
Widget Logic (for me to arrange the sidebars appropriately)
