Being part of a small team means that each engineer plays a role in design, architecture and development; you won’t be handed a 50-page technical spec and sent off into the corner to insert tab A into slot B.

What you’ll do:
- Help design and architect new features
- Argue about the right way to do things
- Work closely with others to help develop features
- Take ownership and help test, release and maintain the code you write
Research new technologies that will help - Yammer remain competitive
